We are a very planet focussed brand. We really try to keep our CO2 emissions as low as possible as a brand.
This stems from our founders love for the planet and they really wanted to create a brand that was as eco friendly as possible.
As a UK based SME we unfortunately don´t (yet!) have the logistic power like e.g. Amazon or others.
We offer FREE shipping on all your orders. Always. In order to be able to do that logistics are partly outsorced.
Your order may be taking a little while (which is normally 7-10 days) due to the way we have our fulfilment set up.
So this effects the way we do sampling, product production, storage and fulfilment. We try to keep as planet focussed as possible. When it comes to storage & fulfilment, we keep all product and stock with our suppliers.
So as soon as we confirm the sample and we are happy to produce the line, we get it produced and we keep all stock within our warehouse directly after production.
This means we save tons of emissions that would be incurred from back and forth shipment to us in the UK from our production warehouses across the planet.
This also means, when we make a sale, our suppliers then dispatch directly to you, no extra sea or air miles, just direct to your door as the customer.
Because of this, sometimes shipping can take a little longer. We usually expect an order to take max. 10-14 working days to arrive at your door direct from our warehouses.
Please have confidence in the fact that your parcel is on route asap and also have the knowledge that we are being as emission focussed as possible to keep the planet as safe
as we can & to do our bit as a brand.
